Over 50 people attended launch of Dublinked Data Visualisation Competition held on 19th March in NUI Maynooth. Presentations on the day included Andy Kirk (VisualisingData), Oliver Mooney (GetBulb), Eoghan McCarthy (AIRO) and Dominic Byrne (Fingal County Council and Dublinked). With a prize fund of €2,000 the Dublinked Data Visualisation challenges all to explore Dublin’s data via Dublinked Datastore and create visualisation. Prize awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in design category, student award and recognition award for larger company.
